The iSWV highly integrates a servo drive, servo motor, reducer, encoder, and steering omnidirectional wheel into a single module. It enables straight, lateral, and all-around movements, making it ideal for navigating narrow aisles and tight turning spaces. The iSWV is widely used in wheeled humanoid robots, service robots, and hybrid robots.

Features
- Highly integrated– The driver, motor, reducer, and wheel are combined into a compact module with a reduced footprint and low-noise gearbox, improving space utilization and simplifying machine layout.
- High reliability– Only power and communication cables are routed externally, offering strong anti-interference capability. The rotating module features an absolute encoder and backup power supply to maintain positional stability during power outages, enhancing overall vehicle stability and reliability.
- Open design– The travel and rotation modules can be purchased separately, allowing customers to design their own integration based on the vehicle body. This offers great design flexibility.
- Good maintainability– A single supplier for the integrated product simplifies later maintenance, reduces supply chain complexity, and lowers after-sales costs.
- Robust & durable– IP54 protection rating ensures reliable operation in harsh, dusty, and humid environments.

The iSWV integrated servo with steering omnidirectional wheel has been adopted by over 40 robotics companies. It is primarily used in wheeled humanoid robots, service robots, guide robots, and hybrid robots, thanks to its compact integration and reliable performance.
